On the hill in front of the house, we have three pomegranate trees. Over the last week or two, they’ve started to turn a deep red and some have started to split. \u00a0A few\u00a0weekends ago I pulled maybe 10lbs off but left a majority for them to ripen more. \u00a0Well, last night I pulled down most of the remaining ripe ones –\u00a0roughly 30lbs worth!<\/p>\n

Now what to do with this\u00a0many pomegranates?! \u00a0Lol. I’ve stated to juice then and make Pomegranate Cosmopolitans, but I need to find some different recipes!!<\/p>\n
